Terms and conditions
GENERAL GUIDELINES:-
- 1. Maximum two team managers per school may accompany the team. If a team comprises of less than ten members then only one team manager is expected to accompany the team per school.
- 2. All participants must bring their student Identity Cards.
- 3. Participants must report to the registration counter at 9.00 A.M. on the days of the events.
- 4. Every participant shall be given a Certificate of Participation.
- 5. Decision of judges would be final for all the events.
- 6. The University has the right to reject the entry of any Institute without assigning explicit reasons.
- 7. Any event may be changed without prior notice.
- 8. The visiting teams are required to maintain discipline in the campus throughout the program. Anyone found violating the rules and regulation of the University will be penalized as per our University rules.
- 9. If anyone found smoking, drinking alcohol, chewing pan masalas, Gutkha etc. in the UniversityCampus, the team will be disqualified from all the events and will be asked to leave the University Campus.
- 10. No traveling allowances will be paid for participation.
- 11. There will be three prizes for each event- First, Second and Third..
